Pizza was well undercooked, like jelly. Unedible and macaroni was cold.

The batter was stuck to paper and top of box even though I asked for the usual film to be used to prevent this. The batter that remained edible was soggy which is unusual as the main reason I order is because it’s usually crispy. It feels like a different place nowadays which is a shame. Was always 5 star before.

Called the shop once the food was 45 mins late. It seemed they hadn’t either started or had only started the order. Was told it would be ready and in the car in 5 mins. 35 minutes later it arrived. Smoked sausage really overdone. Battered sausage cold and chewy. Small chips missing completely. This used to be our favourite chip shop and were regular customers. It has massively gone downhill lately. Won’t be ordering again in a hurry

Fish was all broken up and full of grease chips were all mashed together left half of the pizza not cooked properly.

For some reason last night the food was OK rather than the excellent standard. Chips were awful like they had been cooked over and over and like yesterday's chips. Cheese garlic pizza was good not much cheese though and burnt in bits that you had to leave it. Couldn't eat the steak as there were lots of white hard bits in it was making me feel ill just

Fish and fritters were fresh and hot. Baked potato was lovely also.

Flavourless food. I get this is an chippy but was +++ greasy. Always used this takeaway a couple of years back but was very disappointed with the food tonight. Quick delivery for a Friday night though which was good.

No food received. Food order cancelled as waited over 1 hour and 40 minutes. I'm assured a refund will be processes but it would be great if you can confirm this. Thanks.
